Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for every visitor to our Wetland Centre, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service standards.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, and use this knowledge to inform and enhance our visitors' experience.
- Proactively upsell and promote our products and services to maximise sales and revenue.
- Contribute to the effective management of stock levels, including organising deliveries and participating in stock takes.
- Adhere to our cash handling procedures and effectively use our epos system.
- Promote our organisation and its values to drive membership sales and support our conservation efforts.
- Work collaboratively across our visitor services, retail, and catering departments to meet the needs of our organisation.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to adapt quickly to different roles and responsibilities.
- Education to GCSE level or equivalent.
