- Work collaboratively with colleagues across visitor services, retail, and catering departments to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Adhere to WWT's cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Promote WWT's conservation efforts and membership sales opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to adapt quickly to different roles and situations.
- Education to GCSE level or equivalent.
