Sales Leadership Position

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Mid Market sales team in the UK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and exceeding sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-performing teams, with a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team to meet specific new business goals, as well as providing constructive performance evaluations and coaching to ensure they reach their full potential.
This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across functions to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of Mid Market Account Executives to drive new business growth and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet new business goals
- Provide constructive performance evaluations and coaching to ensure team success
- Work collaboratively across functions to drive business outcomes
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Experience as a Sales Manager at a fast-growing company
- Passion for training and development
- Data-oriented leader with the ability to analyze trends and measure rep performance
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
