Job Title: Partner Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Leader to join our team in London. This role involves leading our Partner sales teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will also be expected to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in B2B sales with at least 4 years in a managerial role and a strong understanding of sales cycles and methodologies.

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new salespeople to build and maintain a strong sales force.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
