Local Community Coordinator

Role Overview:
Kent County Council is seeking a dedicated Community Development Worker to support the development of Family Hubs across the county.
As a key member of the Family Hub District team, you will be responsible for building relationships with local partners and community organisations.
Your key responsibilities will include developing co-design initiatives, expanding volunteer opportunities, and encouraging community engagement.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and self-directed.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £48,000 per annum.
This post requires a high level of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for effective performance.
