About the Role:
Kent County Council is seeking a passionate Family Hub Community Development Worker to join multiple districts across Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and expand services for children, young people, and families from 0-19 (25 years for SEND).
In this role, you will be responsible for building local networks, encouraging community engagement, and expanding volunteer opportunities.
You will possess strong organisational skills and have the ability to work effectively in a team and self-directed.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum.
This post requires a high level of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for effective performance. The Council has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders meet these standards.
A permanent, full-time position with hybrid working available.
