About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our Health Visiting service. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in improving the health and wellbeing of families and children in our community.



Main Responsibilities



  • Contributing to antenatal and postnatal care programs
  • Completing HCP mandated reviews and safeguarding
  • Supporting in the supervision and development of colleagues
  • Undertaking clinical and non-clinical interventions to support families
  • Attending team meetings and building relationships with colleagues

Requirements



  • Registered healthcare professional with NMC registration
  • Health-related degree and postgraduate development
  • Specialist qualifications relevant to area of practice
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in area of practice
  • Practical experience in managing health-related projects and complex caseloads
  • Supporting others in mentor, educator, or supervisor roles
