We are seeking a skilled Route Delivery Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of goods to customers, ensuring timely and safe transportation and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of goods to customers across various locations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Work closely with drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, maintaining a high level of communication and coordination.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and routes, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all delivery vehicles are in good working condition, performing regular checks and maintenance as needed.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing the safety of customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers and customers.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a strong emphasis on safety and physical well-being.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
