About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our HC One care team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and dignity
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
  • Completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
