Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs to live in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • UK driving license (successful candidates will be expected to drive clients' cars)
