The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working within a caring environment and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Person Centred Care planning practice and delivery.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

We offer a comprehensive induction, on-going training and development, access to paid NVQ training, and a range of benefits, including free DBS, 28 days annual leave, and a refer a friend bonus scheme.
