Care Assistant

Active Care Group is a leading provider of complex care, supporting adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs to live in their own homes.
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Oldham, supporting a male client with a spinal cord injury in their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment
- Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
- Work collaboratively with the Care Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility and reliability
- Good communication skills
- UK driving license (successful candidates will be expected to drive clients' cars)
