We are looking for a talented and ambitious Vice President Sales to join our team at Aspire Personnel Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and leadership within the vaping industry.

This is an exceptional opportunity to take charge of our sales strategy and drive growth in the vape industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in the vaping industry or a related field and a proven track record in brand management, sales, or marketing. They will also have a full UK driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth in the vape industry.
  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Recruit and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Prior experience in the vaping industry or a related field.
  • A proven track record in brand management, sales, or marketing.
  • A full UK driving license with a willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

The salary for this position is estimated at £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. A fixed-term contract for 2 years with a potential to go permanent after for the right person.
