About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our ever-growing eCommerce team in Nottingham. As a key contact via email, telephone and online chat, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding their expectations by providing friendly and personalised responses whilst maintaining the highest levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with customers by telephone, email and online to provide outstanding service
  2. Build a rapport with customers to help them with enquiries including; order taking, product information, tracking deliveries, returns, sizing and quality queries
  3. Discuss new products and manage multiple tasks to promptly resolve customer queries
  4. Identify ways to improve processes in order to improve sales, brand loyalty and the customer service and experience
  5. Update our computerised systems and work with marketing, retail and other teams to further improve customer service and satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
