About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop at Sytner Group.

As a Service Advisor, you will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping customers up to date at every stage while answering their questions and queries. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure vehicles are ready on time, providing the best advice on our products and services to our customers.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, requiring you to take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

We want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by BMW to support your career.

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential.
