Senior Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills in German to join our client's growing team on a permanent basis. About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service to clients across Germany. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving issues promptly, and providing accurate updates on order status and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Efficiently manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone and email, addressing their queries and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stock Queries: Respond to customer inquiries about product availability and stock levels, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in German (both spoken and written)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive outcomes
- Great communication skills and the ability to handle queries with a professional approach
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Able to work within a commutable distance to Nottingham
