Job Title: Sales Director - Vehicle Mobility Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Vehicle Mobility Solutions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and revenue generation.



About the Role:

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will work closely with our Commercial Director to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key customers.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive business growth and revenue generation


Requirements:


  • Proven track record of sales leadership and business growth
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
