Job Title: Sales Director

Company Overview: SER Limited is a leading manufacturer of full filling production lines related to the beverage industry. As the UK's largest OEM, we supply machines to large blue chip companies such as Britvic, William Grant, Refresco, and Thatchers Cider.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience selling capital equipment and tooling, with a strong understanding of the lifecycle of a machine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quotations and proposals, managing a big workload, and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing quotations and proposals
• Understanding of the lifecycle of a machine
• Managing a big workload and target driven
• Preferred Engineering background
• Capable of negotiating
• Selling SLA/Service level agreement
• Managing large blue chip accounts
• Machinery experience preferred
• Holding technical consultative conversations with potential customers
• Solution based sales

Requirements:
• Preferred Engineering qualification – Electrical or mechanical
• Any capital equipment background
