Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are looking to recruit a Sales Director to join their team based in the UK. The role of the Sales Director will be to lead on the continual growth of the Sector through the management and expansion of a portfolio of customers and the development of both the internal and external marketing strategy.

**About the job**:

- Build a strong new business pipeline of opportunity, which incorporates the growth of the sector services, whilst looking for inter-group opportunities and which offers excellent revenue opportunity and margin growth.
- Develop market leading sales material which incorporates the Group brand and raises awareness of the brand and services.
- Continually conduct effective market research to generate sales leads.
- Lead, develop and dive the sales and marketing strategy for the sector, contributing to the overall performance of the business.
- Build, grow and maintain effective working relationships with key stake holders within the business to develop and promote partnership working across the group.
- Build, grow and maintain successful customer relationships with both existing and new customers whilst delivering effective sales negotiations to build and increase revenue.
- Provide leadership on the development of the sector tender process, with a clear and concise methodology.
- Maintain a full understanding of all services, procedure and standards offered by both the Group and our competitors to ensure business can be gained and value added at every opportunity, and we operate within a contract and against agreed terms.
- Meet individual targets set to provide support in meeting both annual Sector and Group targets.

**Your knowledge and experience**:

- Business, commercial or finance qualification is desirable.
- Logistics, Fulfilment, Contract Packing and Warehousing industry.
- Understanding of and experience in Contract Logistics.
- Understanding of Transport operations.
- An in-depth knowledge of markets and changing business environments.
- A proven track record of successful national sales & marketing experience within a multi-location logistics, transport & warehousing industry
- Leadership and management of sales & marketing teams
- Creating and executing sales & marketing strategies and campaigns
