Lead Sales and Marketing Efforts
A leading developer is seeking a Senior Sales Director to run the Sales department at a 5* builder in Durham.
This is an interesting and unique role, where you will be given the autonomy and opportunity to lead sales and marketing efforts and be part of the senior management team.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £80,000 plus bonus and package.
As the incoming Senior Sales Director, you will have a proven track record working for a leading House Builder and will have had experience as a Head of Sales or Sales Director leading large teams across a region.
You will be a driven and ambitious individual who is commercially astute, industry established, passionate about the market and familiar with new homes sales having worked at senior sales level for an industry leading brand.
You will be used to influencing positive change within a business and will have strong commercial clout and the ability to make key decisions.
You will come from a very strong new homes property background and have experience managing the sales processes and a proven track record of implementing a sales and marketing strategy with a strong focus on customer experience.
Reporting into the MD, on offer is a generous package of up to £80,000 bonus and package.
Key requirements:
- Extensive new home sales experience.
- Experience working as a Head of Sales, or Sales Director for a leading house builder.
- Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
- Experience in developing, coaching and motivating teams.
- Very driven and determined to succeed.
- Knowledge of the new homes property market.
- Report writing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience working for a housebuilder is essential at head of sales/sales director level; applications without this experience will be discounted.
