RSM Consulting Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a NetSuite Software Portfolio Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive range of NetSuite software solutions to mid-tier and corporate clients across various business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities to achieve agreed sales targets and business aims.
  • Develop and win new customers through effective engagement and ethical sales methods.
  • Manage software and services mix, pricing, and margins to achieve sales targets.
  • Align sales activity to support marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in selling ERP solutions is essential.
  • Experience in selling CRM/Financials solutions.
  • Experience in a pure new business sales role.
  • Experience in selling software and services, ERP.
  • Proven track record of selling to C-level executives.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment to build strong relationships.
  • Good business acumen and a professional manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
