Project Management Officer

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer to join our Technology & Management Consulting team at RSM. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across multiple projects, providing support to Senior Project Delivery Managers, and working closely with Account Management, Product Consulting, Functional Consulting, Development, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure clients receive a high-quality service.
The successful candidate will have direct experience as a PMO or similar, experience of IT deployments, and good verbal and written communication skills. They will also have a passion for delivering real business value through technology and a high level of personal professionalism and attention to detail in work outputs.
As a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for project managing one or more NetSuite (and other) ERP implementations from start to finish or specific stages of project. You will advise and lead clients on the delivery of a portfolio of small, medium, and large projects, including defining governance, deliverables, managing timelines, budgets, reporting, and issue resolution.
The role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, core finance and business processes, and project management methodologies. The successful candidate will also have experience with ERP systems, an appreciation of core finance and business processes, and a project management or ERP implementation qualification.
