Job Title: Project Manager - ERP Implementation Specialist
Job Summary:
RSM Technology & Management Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of ERP systems for our clients. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Product Consulting, and Development.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP implementation.
Requirements:
- Direct experience in implementing ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
