About This Role

This exciting new business sales role involves selling NetSuite software solutions alongside RSM's comprehensive services to mid-tier and corporate markets across various sectors. You'll work closely with our Head of Sales, Presales, Consulting, and Marketing support teams to achieve sales targets and business aims.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a personalized sales strategy to meet agreed-upon sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and implement effective market development strategies.
  • Optimize the software and services mix, pricing, and margins in line with our published price list to drive sales performance.
  • Pursue new customer acquisition through targeted engagement and ethical sales practices, ensuring exceptional service quality, business growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize company-approved prospecting tools and systems to provide timely and relevant information to the business.
  • Align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and lead generation activities to maximize impact.
  • Respond promptly and follow up on sales inquiries to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, submitting relevant insights accordingly.
  • Foster internal and external relationships to facilitate profitable business growth and sustainable partnerships.
  • Present at external (virtual) customer meetings and internal sessions with other departments to aid business development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of selling ERP solutions, preferably in a pure new business sales role.
  • Experience in selling CRM/Financials solutions, ERP, and software services.
  • Able to sell to C-level executives and demonstrate a clean and current driving license.
  • Will be based within a reasonable commute from the Crewe Office and willing to work from there.
