Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Professional to join our team at BMS Performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kickstart their sales career.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process through attending trade shows, setting up new customers, handling inbound sales enquiries and sample requests.

Our client operates a flexible hybrid working model, allowing for a great work-life balance. You will typically spend three days in our office in Middlewich, where you can collaborate with our manufacturing team, and two days working from home.

This is a graduate role, and we do not expect you to have prior sales experience. However, a STEM degree or background is preferred due to the technical elements of the sales role. We provide comprehensive training, including a Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship program facilitated by BMS Progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Attending trade shows to showcase our products and build relationships with potential customers
  • Setting up new customers and onboarding them onto our system
  • Handling inbound sales enquiries and responding to customer queries
  • Requesting and sending product samples to potential customers

In return, you can expect a competitive salary package of £26-28k per annum, plus a 10% OTE bonus scheme. You will also receive private medical care, a mobile phone, laptop, and 25 days' holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
