About this Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Development Manager to join our team at RSM UK. As a key member of our Consulting team, you will play a major role in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

Our Consulting team has a strong focus on delivering client-centric solutions for RSM's current and future clients within the middle market. We offer six key solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and prospecting contact towards achieving agreed sales targets and business aims.
  • Manage software and services mix, pricing and margins in accordance with the published price list to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and win new customers through appropriate engagement and ethical sales methods ensuring you optimise the quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Use company approved prospect contact activity tools and systems to provide up to date relevant information to the business.
  • Align sales activity to support marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.

  • Experience in selling ERP Solutions is essential.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to work within a team environment to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Good business acumen and a professional manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
