Pre-Sales Business Development Manager

Shape IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our pre-sales consulting team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering tailored solutions to clients.
About the Role:
You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to craft compelling demos, proposals, and presentations that showcase the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CE. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities and architecture will be essential in staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored Dynamics CE solutions.
- Develop comprehensive proposals and respond to RFPs with clear, client-centric solutions.
- Support sales strategy with detailed technical expertise and consultative insight.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in pre-sales consulting, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CE.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities and architecture.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver impactful, client-focused presentations and demos.
We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as remote work flexibility, growth opportunities, and a collaborative culture.
