We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Contracts Professional to join our Universal Business Team in Greater London.

About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to pre-contracts stage, identifying and developing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in project sales, who specialises in high-value architectural projects across the UK and Europe.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to pre-contracts.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to secure new business.
  • Update and manage the CRM system with ongoing project data.
  • Achieve daily KPIs including calls, meetings, and booked orders.
  • Attend daily and weekly sales meetings to drive team success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project sales, with a successful track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage longer sales cycles and high-value projects.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a hunger to succeed.
  • Familiarity with sectors such as construction, fit-out, signage, or related industries.
