About the Role

You will be responsible for servicing and upselling client products to existing customers, focusing on educating them on their current products and identifying opportunities for new sales. Your goal is to provide top-notch customer service, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues promptly.

During a typical day, you will:

  • Bring your passion and experience in goal setting and negotiation to close sales, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions.
  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention.
  • Get through to decision-makers by utilizing Influencers and Users to help close business.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer experiences.
  • Identify customer shipping profiles to secure their business or refer leads to the appropriate channel.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Fluency in both English and German at an advanced C1 level.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • A well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
