Senior Benefits Administrator

Estimated Salary:

About the Role:

This Senior Benefits Administrator role is a contract position with Clinical Professionals Limited, requiring 50/50 remote/hybrid work in Chester. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws, and Benefits legislative requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Document processes and activities, drafting Local Work Instructions and Knowledge Articles to define streamlined processes for various scenarios.
  • Implement new benefits and process changes into operations, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage benefit plan eligibility, enrolments, status changes, terminations, and claims, including renewals and enrolment windows in partnership with benefits system provider and Benefits Strategy and Delivery Management teams.
  • Review and update system-generated communications and content on the benefits system and HR portal, ensuring they support employee self-service and are current, accurate, and market-relevant.
  • Assist with compliance and governance of total rewards plans, identifying risks, participating in audits, and delivering corrective actions.
  • Complete annual Benefit Surveys and assist with administration of wellness programs and vendors.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and ability to use business judgment when assessing requirements and performance.

Experience:

Practical operational experience of other HR processes, e.g., talent acquisition, payroll, performance, HR Shared Services delivery model, and experience working with current HR and Benefits enabling systems.
