Benefits Administrator

Harrison Holgate is a global specialty insurer offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Benefits Administrator to join their growing HR team.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of HR benefit programmes and maintain employee benefits data in Workday.
- Provide support on employee benefits-related questions, research, and resolve benefits issues.
- Reconcile benefit invoices.
- Maintain the company intranet with up-to-date benefit information.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a similar HR administrative role, preferably within Insurance.
- Benefits administration experience would be beneficial.
- Experience using HRIS, preferably Workday.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be a team player.
- IT Literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
