Harrison Holgate is a global specialty insurer offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Benefits Administrator to join their growing HR team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage the day-to-day administration of HR benefit programmes and maintain employee benefits data in Workday.
  2. Provide support on employee benefits-related questions, research, and resolve benefits issues.
  3. Reconcile benefit invoices.
  4. Maintain the company intranet with up-to-date benefit information.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Previous experience within a similar HR administrative role, preferably within Insurance.
  2. Benefits administration experience would be beneficial.
  3. Experience using HRIS, preferably Workday.
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Excellent attention to detail.
  6. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be a team player.
  7. IT Literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
