Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Providing administrative assistance with onboarding, payroll, and employee data management.
- Investigating and preparing data for disciplinary hearings and supporting management decisions.
- Coordinating payroll activities, including preparing starter packs and updating employee information.
- Serving as a central point of contact for HR-related inquiries, such as benefits and time-off requests.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and practices.
