We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Payroll Manager and contributing to the success of the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing the monthly payroll process for a large employee base, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
  2. Calculating statutory deductions and preparing manual calculations when required.
  3. Liaising with benefits providers and brokers to administer company benefit schemes.
  4. Supporting payroll-related projects and collaborating with the Payroll Manager to achieve goals.

The estimated salary range for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
