We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our client's payroll team.

This role involves assisting in accurate payroll processing and benefits administration for the UK & Ireland.

The successful candidate will prepare payments, including statutory payments, pension contributions, and salary sacrifice schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing of all payments, including statutory payments, pension contributions, and salary sacrifice schemes for the UK & Ireland.
  • Benefit administration for UK, including remittance reconciliations, processing joiners, leavers, and life event changes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to employees with payroll and tax enquiries.
  • Point of contact for third-party payroll, benefit administrators, and benefit brokers.
  • Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Main point of contact for employees with benefit-related queries.
  • Assist with benefits bench marking, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience of UK & Irish payroll and benefits administration.
  • ADP exposure is essential.
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Annual Salary: up to £70,000.
