Job Overview

DAZN is seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to lead the development and implementation of our global reward strategy. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of bonus schemes and benefits administration, as well as strong organisational and project management skills.

This role will require collaboration with the SVP to finalise the 2024 bonus scheme and address any related queries, as well as supporting the design, administration, and implementation of the 2025 global bonus scheme.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing reward schemes in a global, matrix organisation and be able to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across regions.

  • Lead the development and implementation of DAZN's global reward strategy.
  • Collaborate with the SVP to finalise the 2024 bonus scheme and address any related queries.
  • Support the design, administration, and implementation of the 2025 global bonus scheme to ensure alignment with DAZN's goals.
  • Work closely with L&D and SVP to implement and support performance tools that align with the bonus scheme.
  • Manage and administrate retention and incentive bonus programs globally, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with DAZN's talent retention strategies.
  • Oversee and administrate global benefits programs (excluding the UK, which is managed centrally, and India, Poland, Japan, which are managed locally but with oversight on budget responsibility).
  • Synchronise reward and benefits programs across acquired companies, ensuring alignment with DAZN's existing reward structures and providers.
  • Support the EU Gender Pay Gap implementation and manage annual UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and activities to ensure compliance and drive progress.
  • Support global reviews of job roles, grades, and pay ranges to ensure consistency and competitiveness across all regions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reward management, with a deep understanding of bonus schemes, and benefits administration.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple global initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across regions.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in terms of data accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively manage queries and present ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of global compensation trends and best practices, particularly in the sports/entertainment/media industries.
  • Understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting and compliance, particularly in the UK and EU.
  • Previous experience managing reward schemes in a global, matrix organisation would be advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 per annum.
