About the Position: This is an exciting opportunity to join our payroll team as a Salary and Benefits Administrator. Based in the City of London, this role will involve delivering high-quality administrative support, working closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager and Payroll and Benefits Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile payroll data from overseas offices to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll manager on 3 in-house UK payrolls
  • Enter new starter, leaver, and transfer data into our systems
  • Produce statutory calculations, including Tax, NI, SMP, and SSP
  • Administer benefits for new starters, leavers, and transfers
  • Reconcile benefits data to ensure accuracy
  • Create and manipulate payroll reports as required
  • Deal with annual audit requests and respond accordingly
  • Run payroll end to end, including RTI submissions
  • Prepare Year End P60s and P11ds

Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll administration, preferably using ResourceLink Payroll system
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
