Salary and Benefits Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile payroll data from overseas offices to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide administrative support to the payroll manager on 3 in-house UK payrolls
- Enter new starter, leaver, and transfer data into our systems
- Produce statutory calculations, including Tax, NI, SMP, and SSP
- Administer benefits for new starters, leavers, and transfers
- Reconcile benefits data to ensure accuracy
- Create and manipulate payroll reports as required
- Deal with annual audit requests and respond accordingly
- Run payroll end to end, including RTI submissions
- Prepare Year End P60s and P11ds
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll administration, preferably using ResourceLink Payroll system
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
