Pension Management Expertise

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Defined Benefit Administration to oversee the management of our £bn+ DB pension plan.

This role offers a hybrid arrangement, with approximately 3 days a week spent working from West Sussex offices.

About the Position
  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of DB pension arrangements, focusing on robust governance and superior member experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, trustee boards, external advisers, administrators, and industry bodies as a subject matter expert.
  • Oversee the delivery of services encompassing policy, operations, administration, governance, risk, investment, finance, and communications.
  • Mentor and support the in-house Pensions team, promoting a culture of growth and development.
Your Profile
  • A proven track record in managing DB pension plans, combined with up-to-date technical knowledge and solid commercial acumen.
