About the Role

This Defined Benefits Specialist role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic administration team, providing market-leading services to clients and members on DB, DC and CARE pension arrangements.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial awareness of the UK Pensions Market and be able to maintain accurate records and process member events efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Aiding junior colleagues in developing their experience and confidence
  • Coaching and assisting less experienced administrators
  • Managing annual and periodic scheme events
  • Escalating complex technical queries to the Team Leader and technical support team members

Our company offers a competitive salary, access to our profit share scheme, flexible benefits, and a collaborative work environment. Estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
