About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Defined Benefits Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of defined benefit pension schemes and UK pensions legislation, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for performing day-to-day pension administration activities, including accurately handling complex member queries, and providing support to colleagues in the UK TSU.

The company has four plans managed by the TSU administration team, which have approximately 45,000 members with annual pension and other benefit payments of around £900 million a year and assets in excess of £18 billion.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.
