Job Description:

We are seeking a Benefits Administrator Specialist to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. This role involves managing various aspects of benefits administration, including bonus schemes and pay reviews.

About the Job:
  • You will support the administration of bonus schemes, prepare new joiner bonus letters, and manage individual entitlements.
  • With oversight from the Reward Manager, you will manage the annual pay review process, create business unit pay review sheets, and distribute and collate pay data.
  • You will also support with data preparation for new benefit sign-ups, manage communications to eligible colleagues, and prepare sign-up forms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with cost analysis and financial modelling of new and existing benefits and financial arrangements.
  • Manage holiday trading process, preparing sign-up e-forms, and managing colleague requests for holiday trading.
Required Skills:
  • Educated to college level or higher, including GCSE Maths and ICT (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in benefits administration is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills, including experience of manipulating large volumes of data.
Salary: £27,500 - £32,500 per annum.
