Benefits and Payroll Specialist

Kenny is looking for a Benefits and Payroll Specialist to support their growing client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of employee benefits programs, such as healthcare, pensions, and other statutory benefits in different countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete the administration of employee benefits programs, such as healthcare, pensions, and other statutory benefits in different countries.
- Collaborate with HR and external benefits providers to maintain and update benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with local jurisdiction benefits regulations and with the company benefit broker coordinate annual renewals for healthcare, pensions, and other programs as required.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with proven experience in the administration of payroll in the UK and other European countries. They should possess good knowledge of local labour laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
Location: West London (can be remote or 1 day a week from the office)
Working Hours: 20 hours a week, flexible hours
