Job Description:


As a Family Assessment Centre Manager at Progressive Care UK Limited, you will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the centre. Your role involves maintaining a compliant, safe, and homely environment for children and parents.


You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the staff team, contributing to their recruitment, training, and development. This includes identifying training needs and opportunities for professional growth.


Your expertise in legislation and Ofsted requirements is essential in ensuring compliance with regulations.


The salary for this role is up to £47,008.00 - £58,240.00 per annum (£18.14 £21.11 P/hr).
