Family Assessment Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Family Assessment Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Progressive Care UK Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of each service user.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care services. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, while promoting a culture of excellence throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of each service user
- Lead the family assessment team to deliver high-quality care services
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience in leadership roles within care services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
