Lead a Family Assessment Programme
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Child and Family Support Centre in Derby. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality support and guidance to families experiencing complex difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intensive and round-the-clock support to families, implementing effective parenting interventions and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
- Mentor and develop less experienced staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a strong focus on leadership and management.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, with a proven track record of effective team leadership.
- Leadership qualities, experience in mentoring, and a genuine desire to improve lives and deliver exceptional outcomes.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range from £29,720 to £37,852.80 per annum (£13.25 - £17.16 inclusive of 4 sleep-ins per month).
