Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Compliance Officer to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Communications Surveillance, primarily within Global Relay, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements under the FCA, NFA, AMF, AFM, MAS, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough analysis of Communications Surveillance within Global Relay.
  • Advocate for strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Identify and report policy breaches to Compliance and/or the supervisor.
  • Escalate risk events promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance risk management processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of Communications Surveillance, particularly within Global Relay.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment with a solid grasp of risk and compliance requirements.
Salary Range: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
