HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Support professional to join our team at Proclinical Staffing.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, focusing on documentation, data management, and coordination of HR activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in data analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including letters and reports.
- Attend and take minutes at investigation, grievance, and disciplinary meetings, maintaining accurate records.
- Manage job descriptions and maintain the SharePoint site where they are located, guaranteeing up-to-date information.
- Generate reports and manipulate data using pivot tables and V lookups, providing valuable insights for the HR team.
- Administer induction processes in collaboration with line managers and the recruitment team, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Gather and report sickness data monthly, documenting all instances accurately.
- Maintain attendance records and ensure data accuracy in Employee Central, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Administer changes in Employee Central, including secondments, shift changes, and employee status updates, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Establish a good working relationship with AskHR to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage trackers for ER cases, leavers, and performance improvement plans, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate meeting and training logistics, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Assist with project management during key site projects and initiatives, contributing to their success.
