We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to the Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and taking minutes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments
* Take minutes and maintain accurate records
* Provide administrative support to the Director, including preparing reports and presentations
* Liaise with clients and external parties
Requirements:
