HR & Business Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Business Administrator to join our team in Runcorn. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and contributing to the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team with disciplinary processes and investigations.
  • Provide administrative assistance with payroll processing and basic accounting tasks.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
