Due to our continued rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Associate team at our office based in Runcorn. You will be responsible for supporting the company with day-to-day HR and recruitment duties and be a representative for our People.

**Key Responsibilities for the role of HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator is to provide full administration support to the HR, Recruitment and Fleet/Facilities functions, including but not limited to**:

- Assist with the recruitment cycle through to the onboarding of new starters
- Support with updating and maintaining the HRIS
- Creating reports on general HR activities
- Assist with general administration including Fleet and Facilities department
- Supporting the department on internal social events and gatherings i.e. Monthly Lunch
- Adhoc administration duties for the department

**Essential requirements**:

- Good organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise workload and a keen eye for detail
- Be flexible with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Desired requirements**:

- Work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
- Experience with HR software
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
