Job Description

Medlock Partners is seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager and contributing to HR operations within our dynamic environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the education sector, offering a mix of HR administrative tasks and advisory responsibilities. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing recruitment processes, and implementing HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and processing data efficiently.
  • Managing recruitment processes from advertising roles to onboarding new staff members.
  • Supporting the implementation and management of HR systems, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Monitoring and assisting with pre-employment checks, including Enhanced DBS clearance and reference collection.
  • Overseeing absence management and maintaining accurate records for payroll and performance tracking.
  • Assisting in delivering HR training and workshops to promote best practices.
